Five Underground Storage Tanks (USTs) were removed from a mixed use single family home/automotive garage property in Rhode Island. The leaking tanks contaminated the groundwater and over 1,000 tons of soil and threatened nearby drinking wells. NE&C worked with the homeowner to remove the tanks, clean up the contamination, and obtain financial assistance from the State.
