NE&C assisted in the permitting of a proposed 413 foot tall, 1.5 MW turbine, the largest in the state. State of the art WindPRO software was used to analyze the shadow flicker, sound, and visual impacts of the proposed turbine and identify a location that would minimize impacts and comply with the local zoning ordinance.
