Oaks at Harris Road

The project provided much needed age-restricted, low to moderate income housing by constructing a thirty-two unit residential development. Acres of wetlands made laying out the site and controlling stormwater a challenge. NE&C designed a site layout that included all of the proposed units and a stormwater management system that improved drainage to both the wetlands and neighboring properties.
