How can a luxury sporting community including a 120-acre golf course, 54 single family houses, a 22-floor luxury condominium tower, an equestrian center, and a new 41-slip marina be developed in an area with no sewer service? To meet this challenge, NE&C designed and permitted the first private wastewater reuse system in Rhode Island.
