Senior Civil Engineer

Lyn has been with NE&C since 1998. As Senior Civil Engineer, Lyn oversees the Land Development department. She is involved in each project from start through construction and oversees each phase of design, permitting, and construction. Her experience includes land development design and permitting. Lyn has had great success permitting very challenging coastal and upland projects and has an invaluable working relationship with many local and State regulators. As a civil engineering and construction manager she has contributed to of some of the most innovative and complicated projects in Rhode Island.
