Northeast Engineers provided concept infrastructure design for the World Africa project. A unique feature of this project was the need to establish “temporary” power, water desalination, and chilled water plants that would be retired in the future and those utility nodes connected to services provided by the Master Developer, Nakheel, with ultimate service from the mainland.
