Northeast Engineers has provided civil engineering services for the expansion of the 124,207 s.m. Dragon Mart shopping center in Dubai. Dragon Mart, the largest trading hub for products from China outside the Chinese main land, has already attracted huge numbers of visitors since opening its doors in 2004. The 1.2 km long Dragon-shaped structure includes showrooms, shopping areas, restaurants and warehouses that house 4,000 enterprises dealing with Chinese products.
