Goldline Controls

The project comprised of transforming a contaminated Navy dumping area to a 38,000 sq ft. corporate headquarters. Environmental concerns included free product and chlorinated solvents in the groundwater, PCBs in the soil, and buried gas cylinders, drums, engine parts, rocket warheads, machine guns, practice bombs, rocket motors, and rocket launchers.

NE&C significantly minimized the amount of subsequent subsurface investigation by carefully reviewing and utilizing over a decade’s worth of historic documentation, and by combining the environmental and geotechnical investigations.
