Daniel Szymanski, P.E.

President, Owner

As President, Dan is responsible for the leadership of the company, marketing efforts and business strategies. He works closely with the Project Managers on contracting, budgets, client satisfaction and quality control. His experience extends into several areas of civil engineering, including site planning, wastewater engineering, roadway and utility design, and permitting and project management. He has managed projects throughout New England and overseas including infrastructure projects in the Middle East, Resort projects in Rhode Island, and Military housing projects along the East Coast.

Being the leader of a small business Dan finds himself relying on his varied skills to complete a wide range of tasks. One day he can be seen in a business suit carrying a brief case to a meeting and the next day he may be found in work boots carrying equipment to a job site. Dan succeeds in facilitating a team environment that empowers his employees resulting in the successful operation of the company.
