Former Durastone Property

The 44 acre property was formerly occupied by a Precast Concrete Manufacturing plant. Investigation of the property revealed an extensive volume of buried debris, up to 25 feet deep, as well as other concerns associated with the former manufacturing plant. NE&C provided environmental engineering services including subsurface investigations, the development of a Remedial Action Work Plan, and Remedial Oversight. Because NE&C also provided site development services for the project, the remedial action and development plans were prepared in concert allowing for the proposed development to continue with minimal concessions to accommodate the environmental concerns.
