Northeast Engineers & Consultants provided site/civil engineering services for the initial Brownfield redevelopment project on the East Providence waterfront to remediate and redevelop a 26-acre industrial site into a mixed-use development. The new, planned community was designed to include 469 residential units, 45,000 sq.ft. of office space , 30,000 sq.ft. of retail space, a 159-slip marina and a restaurant.
