To allow the renovation of a historic ocean front seasonal establishment first developed in 1899, a new innovative wastewater system providing advanced treatment was designed to replace the existing outdated leach fields and cesspools. Designed in partnership with Applied Water Management, the wastewater treatment plant is capable of treating over 15,000 gallons per day.
